⚙ Office 365 Setup Required

Microsoft 365 blocks IMAP by default. An Exchange admin must enable it before this will work:

Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center
admin.microsoft.com
Go to Settings → Org Settings → Modern Authentication and make sure basic auth is not fully blocked for IMAP.
Then go to Exchange Admin Center → Settings → Mail Flow and enable IMAP access.
Or contact your IT admin to allow IMAP with basic authentication for your account.

Changes can take up to 60 minutes to take effect.
